Schneider: Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter

Schneider is seeking a Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter in Green Bay to make secondary contact with truck driver prospects through answering phone calls, making outbound calls and sending text and online messages. The Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter will conduct interviews with driver candidates, which are scheduled by Recruiting Specialists, and make conditional job offers. This role requires an associate degree, being bilingual in spanish and english ,and 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
