Prospera Credit Union, believes language should never be a barrier to financial success. As a Bilingual Branch Manager, you’ll help members feel seen, supported, and empowered—while leading a high-performing team in a welcoming, inclusive environment.


This role drives branch growth through strong relationship-building, cross-department collaboration, and a commitment to service excellence. You’ll lead, coach, and develop team members to meet service and performance goals, oversee daily branch operations, support member relationships and escalations, and partner with HR to foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.


The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of financial services or retail experience, at least 1 year in a leadership role, strong knowledge of banking operations, and excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
