Position Highlights

  • Schedule: Full-time; approximately 176 contract days (day, evening, or weekend flexibility required)

  • Salary: $81,000–$85,000 annually, plus year-round benefits

  • Location: Green Bay

About the Role

This instructor prepares students for careers in civil engineering technology. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering engaging, hands-on instruction

  • Developing curriculum and assessing student learning

  • Teaching through classroom, lab, and flexible delivery formats

  • Coaching students toward academic and career success

  • Maintaining engineering labs and testing equipment

  • Building partnerships that create student internship opportunities


You’ll also collaborate with faculty and industry partners to keep coursework relevant and prepare students for workforce success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university

  • Five years of direct occupational experience

  • Wisconsin Professional Engineer license—or ability to obtain it within six months

  • Strong technology and communication skills

  • Preferred: Engineering technician experience, AutoCAD/Civil 3D knowledge, and experience with soil and materials testing equipment
