Position Highlights
Schedule: Full-time; approximately 176 contract days (day, evening, or weekend flexibility required)
Salary: $81,000–$85,000 annually, plus year-round benefits
Location: Green Bay
About the Role
This instructor prepares students for careers in civil engineering technology. Responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering engaging, hands-on instruction
Developing curriculum and assessing student learning
Teaching through classroom, lab, and flexible delivery formats
Coaching students toward academic and career success
Maintaining engineering labs and testing equipment
Building partnerships that create student internship opportunities
You’ll also collaborate with faculty and industry partners to keep coursework relevant and prepare students for workforce success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
Five years of direct occupational experience
Wisconsin Professional Engineer license—or ability to obtain it within six months
Strong technology and communication skills
Preferred: Engineering technician experience, AutoCAD/Civil 3D knowledge, and experience with soil and materials testing equipment
