The NWTC Health Sciences Department is seeking a dedicated professional to support its Dental Assistant and Dental Hygiene Clinics in Green Bay. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community care, student success, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Position Highlights
Hours: ~32 hours/week, Monday–Friday (7:00 am–3:00 pm; flexible based on student needs)
Pay Range: $20.69–$22.30/hour
Location: Green Bay
About the RoleThis position plays a vital role in connecting students, faculty, patients, and the community. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating patient scheduling, records, and clinic flow
Supporting billing, insurance, and financial coordination
Providing friendly, professional service to diverse patients and visitors
Assisting with clinic operations, communication, and administrative workflows
Supporting dental students with clinic systems (Dentrix) and processes
Collaborating with community partners to ensure patient access and continuity of care
You’ll also help maintain a positive, inclusive environment while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and supporting high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
Technical Diploma in Dental Assisting (or related field)
At least 2 years of related experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with dental software (Dentrix preferred)
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish
