Bilingual Human Resources Assistant

Curative Connections supports families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities by connecting them to care and resources related to aging, dementia, and brain injuries. They are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resource Assistant to perform administrative tasks and support the efficient operations of the organization’s Human Resources department. This role involves assisting with day-to-day HR functions and requires a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of human resources practices. Qualifications include bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages, and 1–3 years of related experience.
